Return or Exchange

Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Generally, Finesse Picks does not offer refunds or cancellations once your order is verified and payment is received.
  • Exceptions are made for:
    • Damaged items ( Refund to Original Payment Method)
    • Wrong deliveries ( Item is Replaced if Instock , Else Store Credit is issued )

Exchanges:

  • To request an exchange, contact Finesse Picks at support@finessepicks.in with proof of the issue (damage or wrong delivery) or can dm us at @finessepicks . For damaged delivery full Unboxing Video is required , unfortunately we may not be possible to proceed further without Unboxing Video Since the Logistics May ask this Mandatorily.
  • You have 3 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange.
  • Finesse Picks will offer a store credit or a free exchange for damaged or wrongly delivered items.
  • Exchanges are not offered for size issues.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You will need to provide your Order ID for your exchange request.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your desired size is not available, you will receive store credit instead.
  • Store credit is valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
