Returns and Exchange

  • Shipping Time:Typically delivered within 3–7 working days. Products are shipped out within 1-4 working days, unless a different shipping timeline is mentioned on the product page.

    Orders cannot be cancelled once
    placed.

  • No returns or refunds are applicable for size related concerns. Please review size details carefully before placing your order.

  • •⁠ A Full unboxing video (from the sealed package to the
    product) is mandatory for all damaged delivery claims.

    •⁠ Without the unboxing video, we may be unable to process
    the request, as this is required by our logistics partners.

    •⁠ If the claim is verified and the item is available, it will be exchanged, refunds will not apply.

    •⁠ If your requested size or item is unavailable, a refund
    will be issued within 5 - 12 working days to original payment method ( EMI Payments will take longer , 30-120 days) 

    •⁠You may also choose an exchange with an equal value item, subject to availability.

    •⁠All exchange or refund requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

    •  If your requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
    •  If it is available, the item will be exchanged and no refund will apply

  • A small non-refundable partial payment of ₹50–₹299 is collected at checkout to confirm your COD order. This amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances including order cancellation, refusal at delivery, or failed delivery attempts. The remaining balance will be collected at the time of delivery.

    A COD handling fee of ₹49 is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders. This fee covers the additional logistics and handling costs associated with COD shipments and is collected at the time of delivery along with your remaining order balance

    For example:

    • Your order total including shipping = ₹1,000
    • COD fee added = ₹49
    • New total = ₹1,000 + ₹49 = ₹1,049
    • You pay online now = ₹299
    • ₹1,049 − ₹299 = ₹750 is all you pay when your order arrives at your door

    Please note that both the partial advance payment and the ₹49 COD handling fee are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances including order cancellation, refusal at delivery, failed delivery attempts, or even if the item is returned or exchanged. These charges will not be reversed or adjusted against any future orders or refunds.

  • First, try refilling it.
    All our lighters comes pre-filled, but in very rare cases if fuel evaporate during transit. Use the correct fuel:

    • Butane lighter — Use butane gas only
    • Zippo lighter — Use Zippo lighter fluid only
    • Using the wrong fuel voids your claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect refilling.

    Still not working after refilling?

    Send us a single uncut unboxing video showing:

    • Opening the courier seal
    • Unpacking the lighter
    • Demonstrating that the lighter is not working

    The video must be one continuous uninterrupted clip from sealed courier to showing the defect. Partial or edited videos will not be accepted.

    Resolution

    • Exchange — if the same product is in stock
    • Refund — only if the same product is unavailable

    Exchanges are our primary resolution. Refunds are issued only when the exact item is not instock. All claims are valid from 3 days after delivery.

  • All our stainless steel jewellery and accessories are waterproof, anti-tarnish, sweat-proof, and durable. Jewellery made from other materials is crafted using premium quality components and, with proper care, is designed to last longer than most fashion jewellery. Anti tarnish and waterproof properties apply exclusively to our stainless steel jewelry. Silver plated, copper, alloy pieces and all other materials are not covered for tarnishing, fading, or discoloration under our warranty policy.

    Titanium Steel / Stainless Steel — 1 Year Warranty

    Titanium and stainless steel are among the most durable metals used in jewelry. They are highly resistant to tarnish, corrosion, and daily wear which is why we're confident backing them with a full 1 year warranty. If you experience any color fading or manufacturing defect within 12 months, we've got you covered.

    Silver-Plated Copper & Brass — 6 Month Warranty
    (Color fading & manufacturing defects)

    Silver plated pieces carry a fine layer of silver over a copper or brass base. While beautiful and long lasting with proper care, the plating is naturally thinner than solid metals. We cover any premature fading or defects for 6 months well beyond what most brands offer for plated jewelry.

    Gold / Rhodium Plated Jewelry — 6 Month Warranty
    (Color fading & manufacturing defects)

    Gold and rhodium plating gives jewelry a rich, luxurious finish. Because plating thickness can vary with wear patterns, skin chemistry, and exposure to water or perfume, we provide a 6 month warranty covering manufacturing defects and unnatural fading giving you peace of mind with every purchase.

    Zinc / Alloy & All Other Materials — 3-Day Manufacturing Defect Warranty
    (Manufacturing defects only, from date of delivery)

    Fashion alloy and zinc based pieces are crafted for style and affordability, not long term durability. These materials are more reactive to moisture, sweat, and skin pH factors entirely outside our control once the product leaves our facility. For this reason, we offer a 3 day manufacturing defect window from the date of delivery.

    This means:

    • Broken clasps or closures on arrival
    • Visibly bent or misshapen pieces on arrival
    • Missing stones or components on arrival
    • Color change or tarnishing after use is not covered (natural for this material)
    • Damage from water, sweat, or perfume exposure is not covered

    We believe in being upfront these pieces are priced accessibly because of their material composition. With proper care (avoiding water, sweat, and perfume), they can last a long time and look stunning.

    Warranty is non transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care is not covered under any plan.

    How to Claim Your Warranty

    Simply contact us within your warranty period with your order number and a clear photo of the defect. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

    All return or exchange requests on warranty related issues are reviewed on a case by case basis. Resolutions are issued at our discretion based on the validity of the concern. If a replacement product is unavailable, a gift card may be provided instead.
