Shipping Policy

  • Your Order Will be Processed in 48 Businesses Hours.

    Delivery Times:

    • Most of India: 6-8 days
    • Kerala: Super fast! Just 3 days.
    • International : 10 Days

    Tracking: We will follow up with you via email after your order has been Confirmed, packed and manifested, followed by WhatsApp updates when it has been picked up and out for for delivery(please ensure your phone number has WhatsApp else you wont receive picked up and out for delivery update) Usually it takes 48 business hours until it is picked up.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within two business day of payment of order exception national holidays at which time the logistics will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

  • Address modifications are graciously accepted prior to shipping. To request a change, please contact us via Instagram or through email.If your order has already been dispatched unfortunately it won't be possible to change the address and if the package gets returned to us in this case we can only send it back if you pay us the shipping charge again (even if shipping charge was not charged for your order)

  • Yes, we do ship internationally. Shipping cost will be a flat Rs.4000

    All international orders will be shipped through Aramex/UPS/Fedex according to the location.

    The buyer is responsible for paying duties if Levied

    We will ship international orders within 3 business days, and once shipped, you will get it within 10 days.

    After dispatch, you get tracking details through mail.

    For International Orders there are no returns, cancellations, or refunds due to any issues. 

  • If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us through email or Instagram so that we can conduct an investigation.

  • We will follow up with you via email after your order has been Confirmed, packed and manifested . 

    Upon dispatch, customers will receive Shipping Updates through WhatsApp (if the provided number has WhatsApp) from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

    If the provided address doesn't have service by our dedicated courier team, they won't be able to get WhatsApp updates. However, in these instances, we use other couriers and send the tracking through mail.

  • If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service through email or Instagram. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service through Instagram or email with next steps.
