We Ship Worldwide (Only Accepting Amex Credit Cards) !

Delivery Times:

  • Most of India: 6-8 days
  • Kerala: Super fast! Just 3 days.
  • International : 10 Days

Domestic

Tracking: We will follow up with you via email after your order has been Confirmed, packed and manifested, followed by WhatsApp updates when it has been picked up and out for for delivery(please ensure your phone number has WhatsApp else you wont receive picked up and out for delivery update) Usually it takes 48 business hours until it is picked up.

Returns

Return Due To Change Of Mind
FINESSE PICKS will not accept returns due to change of mind or suitability issues. However, we happily provide returns and refunds in cases of transit damage or wrong product delivered.


Delivery Terms

Typically, shipments take 6 - 8 days to arrive, but in Kerala, your item will be delivered in just 3 days!

 

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within two business day of payment of order exception national holidays at which time the logistics will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address
Address modifications are graciously accepted prior to shipping. To request a change, please contact us via Instagram or through email.If your order has already been disptached unfortunately it wont be possible to change the address and if the package gets returned to us in this case we can only send it back if you pay us the shipping charge again (even if shipping charge was not charged for your order)

Items Out Of Stock
We strive to maintain accurate stock levels, but occasionally items may be sold out. If this happens, we'll ship the available items and contact you about the out-of-stock items. You can choose to wait for restock or receive a refund.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us through email or Instagram so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications
We will follow up with you via email after your order has been Confirmed, packed and manifested . Upon dispatch, customers will receive Shipping Updates through WhatsApp (if the provided number has WhatsApp) from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider. If the provided address doesn't have service by our dedicated courier team, they won't be able to get WhatsApp updates. However, in these instances, we use other couriers and send the tracking through mail.


Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the
parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service through email or Instagram. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service through Instagram or email with next steps.

Cancellations
All sales are final. Once an order is made, Only tweaking the address is possible before shipped ,if the item is dispatched then that won't be possible . No cancellations or size changes allowed.

 

International

All international orders will be shipped through Aramex/UPS/Fedex according to the location.

The buyer is responsible for paying duties if Levied

We will ship international orders within 3 business days, and once shipped, you will get it within 10 days.

After dispatch, you get tracking details through mail.

For International Orders there are no returns, cancellations, or refunds due to any issues.
