SHIPPING
- We ship within 1-2 working days of receiving an order. (Please note that shipping time is exceptional on non-working days including Sundays and public holidays) ,Thereafter, it will usually take between 6-8 days to reach you depending on your location.
- You'll receive an email with tracking details once it's on the way. After dispatch, tracking info will be sent via email and if provided, to your WhatsApp number. In rare cases where our courier doesn't cover your area, we'll use other private logistics and share the tracking details via email.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
- All sales made are final and cannot be refunded or cancelled once payment has been processed and the order is confirmed. We do not accept returns.
- We accept Exhanges or refund for below cases only.
